As I arrived at the from on check in - the room was messy, didn’t get a clean out after the other guest left. However they imidiatelly got me another room. And sweets to apologize. It was 6pm when I arrived.

Breakfast was amazing, highlight of the stay. Staff was kind, and room was cute. They let us check in early for no fee and keep our bags the next day as well.

i don’t know were to start, everything was perfect. From the excellent location near Avenida Paulista, with good restaurants, shops and a very safe neighborhood. The room and hotel spaces were beautiful, very well design, with attention to details. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. The staff were very attentive, nice and welcoming. I definetly recommend this hotel and will return.

Great location in a very quiet residential street of Jardins but convenient enough to great dining options. Beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Definitely a good option for lodging in SP.

The friendly service of Hilton is wonderful. The location of the hotel is also very good as it only takes 10mins walk to the main street.
